At first the jump starter didn’t worked thought it is faulty but the point is the batter should be >75% once the clamps are connected it need to wait for the green light and then start the vehicle and remove the clamps.
Programing at 75% kind of users always keep an eye on the battery , if it is removed it will be a great help .other wise for every few days need to check the device battery
